摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术对骨科创面感染患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平的影响。方法选取郑州颐和医院骨科2017年5月至2019年5月108例创面感染患者,根据不同治疗方案分为VSD组(52例)、常规治疗组(56例),比较两组治疗前后CRP、WBC、ESR水平,观察两组临床疗效及围手术期指标:抗生素应用时间、感染控制时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间,并分析两组治疗安全性。结果治疗后,两组CPR、WBC、ESR水平均下降,且VSD组低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VSD组总有效率高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VSD组抗生素应用时间、感染控制时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间均短于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论VSD技术治疗骨折创面感染患者疗效好,可降低患者血清炎症指标水平,促进患者创面康复。
Objective To investigate the effects of negative pressure sealing drainage(VSD)technology on the levels of C⁃reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in orthopedic wound infection patients.Methods 108 patients with wound infections[VSD group(52 cases),conventional treatment group(56 cases)]in the Department of Orthopedics,Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled as the research objects.CRP,WBC,ESR levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,the clinical efficacy,and perioperative indicators(antibiotic application time,infection control time,wound healing time,hospital stay)of the two groups were observed,and the treatment safety of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of CPR,WBC,and ESR all decreased in the two groups,and the VSD group was lower than the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the VSD group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(94.23%vs 78.56%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antibiotic application time,infection control time,wound healing time,and hospitalization time in the VSD group were shorter than those in the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(VSD group:16.07%vs.conventional treatment group:23.31%)(P>0.05).Conclusion VSD technology has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with fracture wound infection,which can reduce the level of serum inflammation indicators and promote the recovery of patientswounds.
