摘要
基于正虚后咳嗽的生理病理特征,并对止嗽散的组方原理及临床应用作一阐述和探讨。从“风咳”理论分析感冒后咳嗽发病的病理生理,及止嗽散治疗感冒后咳嗽的用药机理及规律,并辅以临床疗效观察为例,从而完善以止嗽散临床治疗感冒后咳嗽的相关理论依据。
Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of cough after positive deficiency,this paper expounds and discusses the formula principle and clinical application of Zhisou powder.From the“wind cough”theory,this paper analyzes the pathophysiology of cough after cold,and the medication mechanism and law of Zhisou powder in the treatment of cough after cold,supplemented by the observation of clinical curative effect,so as to improve the relevant theoretical basis of Zhisou powder in the clinical treatment of cough after cold.
