摘要
随着采矿业的迅速发展和尾矿品位的大幅降低,大量的尾矿及废料持续产生并只能以筑坝堆积的方式露天贮存,对周边的生态环境和后续的生态修复造成极大压力。针对我国铜尾矿排放量巨大且难以资源化利用的问题,讨论了一种将粉煤灰作为高功能性固化剂掺合料的胶结方法,采用抗压强度试验、浸出毒性试验和XRD、SEM等特性分析,测定不同粉煤灰掺量下土壤固化剂对铜尾矿的固结效果。结果表明:5%的粉煤灰为辅料的最佳掺量,固化体抗压强度会出现一定幅度的提高,浸出毒性不会受到明显影响,浸出量为所有试样的最低值,且符合地表水环境质量Ⅱ类标准,不会破坏固化剂的固化效果。
In view of the huge discharge of copper tailings in China and the difficulty of resource utilization, a cementation method using fly ash as a high-functional curing agent admixture is discussed in this paper. The consolidation effect of soil curing agent on copper tailings under different fly ash contents is measured by compressive strength test, leaching toxicity test, XRD and SEM. The results show that when 5% fly ash is the best content of auxiliary material, the compressive strength will be improved to a certain extent, and the leaching toxicity will not be significantly affected. The leaching amount is the lowest value of all samples, and meets the class II standard of surface water environmental quality, that is, it will not destroy the solidification effect of curing agent.
