摘要
目的:结合医院外联业务系统建设现状,构建医院外联业务中台,解决当前医院外联业务在业务层面互联互通的困境。方法:分析医院外联业务系统传统架构的弊端,设计医院外联业务中台,并将业务中台应用于医院各个业务场景。结果:完成了医院外联业务中台系统建设,利用中台共享服务模式,快速整合医院外联业务,实现了医院线上线下一体化系统建设。结论:医院外联业务中台的应用,可以统一医院外联业务接口标准,促进医院核心业务沉淀,提升服务能力。
Objective Combined with the current conditions of the construction of the outreach business system of the hospital,the outreach business middleground of the hospital is built to solve the dilemma of the interconnection of outreach business of the hospital at the business level.Methods The disadvantages of the traditional architecture of the outreach business system of the hospital are analyzed,the outreach business middleground of the hospital is designed,and the business middleground is applied to each business scenario of the hospital.Results The construction of the outreach business middleground of the hospital is completed,the shared service mode of the middlegorund is used to quickly integrate the outreach business of the hospital,and the construction of the online and offline integrated system of the hospital is realized.Conclusion The application of the outreach business middleground of the hospital can unify the interface standard of the outreach business of the hospital,promote the precipitation of core business of the hospital and improve its service ability.
