摘要
采用基于混凝土损伤塑性模型的弹塑性有限元分析方法,对装配式板柱节点的抗冲切性能展开研究。研究结果表明:装配式柱帽可提高板柱节点的冲切承载力和整体刚度,接触面的连接构造显著影响其增强效应。装配式柱帽的增强效应与接触面摩擦系数μ正相关,但由于摩擦力与接触面压力分布关联性大,部分结合面有脱离的趋势,仅通过设置粗糙面不能高效产生整体性。装配式柱帽结合面处设置机械啮合构造,是提高装配式板柱节点冲切承载力和整体刚度的有效途径。
To research the punching shear resistance of the prefabricated slab-column joint,this paper followed the elastic-plastic finite element analysis approach based on the concrete damage plastic model.The research findings revealed that the prefabricated column cap can enhance the bearing potential and overall rigidity of the slab-column joints,and its reinforcing effect has been greatly influenced by the related structure of the touch surfaces.The reinforcing effect of the prefabricated column cap was positively compared to the touch surface coefficient of frictionμ.However,part of the bonding surface appeared to separate due to the high similarity between the friction force and the pressure distribution of the touch surface,and by setting the rough surface it is not effective to produce the integrity of joints.It is an efficient way of increasing the ability of the punching shear bearing and overall rigidity of the prefabricated slab-column joints by forming a related mechanical tongue-and-groove construction at the interface between the prefabricated column cap and the slab.
