摘要
目的探讨血管腔内手术治疗恶性肿瘤合并急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析使用血管腔内手术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者资料,比较合并恶性肿瘤与不合并恶性肿瘤的两组患者疗效和安全性差异。结果共纳入73例患者,两组患者术后血栓清除率、临床即刻缓解率、大腿周径差、支架通畅率、溶栓时间、尿激酶用量、主要并发症以及血栓后遗症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血管腔内手术治疗恶性肿瘤合并急性下肢深静脉血栓形成安全有效,近期疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of endovascular therapy for acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with malignancy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the patients with acute deep venous thrombosis,by endovascular therapy.These patients were divided into two groups according to whether they had malignancy or not,the efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 73 patients were included.No statistically significant difference was found in instant postoperative thrombus clearance rate,immediate clinical remission rate,the thigh circumference difference,the patency rate of iliac vein stent,the time of thrombolysis,the dose of urokinase,the incidence of post thrombotic syndrome or major complication between the two groups.Conclusion The endovascular therapy for acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with malignancy is safe and effective,and the short-term effect is satisfactory.
