高家梁煤矿40101综采工作面采空区自燃“三带”分布规律研究 被引量:21

Study on distribution law of“three zones”of spontaneous combustion in goaf of 40101 fully mechanized working face in Gaojialiang Coal Mine

摘要 为明确高家梁煤矿40101综采工作面采空区遗煤自燃风险范围,采用现场实测和数值模拟相结合的方法,对该工作面采空区自燃“三带”分布规律进行研究。利用束管监测系统监测采空区气体体积分数,结果表明:O_(2)体积分数随采空区深度的增加呈显著下降趋势,二者拟合关系符合Logistic函数规律;CO_(2)、CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)等气体体积分数随采空区深度的增加呈显著上升趋势;CO体积分数随采空区深度的增加先升高后降低。综合现场实测和数值模拟结果,40101综采工作面回风巷侧氧化带范围为采空区深19~131 m,运输巷侧氧化带范围为采空区深100~163 m。在不采取其他采空区防火措施的情况下,40101综采工作面最小推进速度为4.08 m/d。 In order to clarify the risk range of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in 40101 fully mechanized working face of Gaojialiang Coal Mine,the distribution law of“three zones”of spontaneous combustion was studied by combining field measurement and numerical simulation.The beam tube monitoring system was used to monitor the volume fraction of gas in goaf.The results show that O_(2) volume fraction decreases significantly with the increase of goaf depth,and the fitting relationship between O_(2) volume fraction and goaf depth conforms to the law of logistic function;the volume fraction of CO_(2),CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6) shows a significant upward trend with the increase of goaf depth;CO volume fraction first increases and then decreases with the increase of goaf depth.According to the results of field measurement and numerical simulation,the width of oxidation zone on the side of return airway in 40101 fully mechanized working face ranges from 19 m to 131 m deep in goaf,and the width of oxidation zone on the side of haulage gateway ranges from 100 m to 163 m deep in goaf.In the absence of other goaf fire prevention measures,the minimum advancing speed of 40101 fully mechanized working face is 4.08 m/d.
