赵楼煤矿选煤厂降低介耗的生产实践 被引量:5

The approaches adopted for reducing consumption of heavy medium at Zhaolou Coal Mine Washery

摘要 针对重介主选系统介耗较高的问题,赵楼煤矿选煤厂通过分析生产过程中的问题,排查造成介耗增加的原因,制订了一系列应对措施和解决方案。通过合理配制悬浮液、改善脱介效果、提高磁选机磁选效果、增设悬浮液自适应智能控制系统和加强介质管理,有效降低了主选系统介耗,使吨煤介耗由原来的2 kg以上降低至1.71 kg左右,从而有效降低了生产成本。 Through analysis of the problems encountered in operation of the heavy medium separation process,the factors causing the primary heavy medium system to operate with a relatively high consumption of heavy medium are brought to light.Through the adoption of a series of countermeasures and technical approaches including rational preparation of medium suspension,improvement of medium draining and magnetic separation efficiencies,addition of medium suspension adaptive intelligent control system and strengthening of medium management,the medium consumption per ton of coal treated by the primary washing system is effectively reduced from originally 2 kg down to 1.71 kg,making it possible to effectively reduce the operating cost.
