摘要
精准掌握矿山储量变动状况和变化因素对矿山资源的综合利用意义重大。本文以天池煤矿为例,运用科学的流程设计方法,对储量动态管理实行流程管控。通过优化储量计算、产量与损失量统计、储量动态分析等工作程序,建立一套跨部门、系统、高效运作的矿井储量动态管理流程体系。经过实践表明,该方法保证储量计算和统计管理符合《矿山储量动态管理要求》,为实现采掘关系平衡发挥了重要作用。
Accurately grasping the changes and factors of mine reserves is of great significance to the comprehensive utilization of mine resources.Taking Tianchi Coal Mine as an example,this paper uses scientific process design methods to implement process control for dynamic reserve management.By optimizing the working procedures of reserve calculation,output and loss statistics,reserve dynamic analysis,etc.,a set of cross-departmental,systematic,and efficient operation of the dynamic management process system of mine reserves has been established.Practice has shown that this method ensures that reserves calculation and statistical management meet the requirements of"Dynamic Management of Mine Reserves",and has played an important role in achieving a balance between mining and mining.
