输配电设备发热故障温度指示技术研究综述 被引量:15

摘要 输配电设备在运行过程中由于种种原因经常出现不同程度的发热现象,严重影响设备运行可靠性。为了满足电网发展对输配电设备安全稳定运行及智能化检测的要求,对输配电设备发热故障特点进行了介绍,分析了已有温度指示技术的原理、应用情况以及相关研究,包括红外测温技术、热电偶温度传感器、光纤光栅技术、声表面波技术以及文中团队提出的示温变色材料技术。同时对这些温度指示技术的优势及局限性进行了剖析,以便对研究者开发更为完善先进的温度指示技术起到启发作用。 There are different degrees of heating phenomenon in the operation of power transmission and distribution equipment,and the phenomenon has a great influence on the operation reliability of the equipment.In order to meet the requirements for security,stable operation and intelligent detection of power transmission and distribution equipment,the characteristics of heating failure of power transmission and distribution equipment are introduced.The principle,application and related research of the existing temperature indication technology are analyzed,including infrared temperature measurement technology,thermocouple temperature sensor,fiber bragg grating sensor(FBG) technology,surface acoustic wave(SAW) technology and thermo-chromic materials proposed by our team.Meanwhile,the advantages and limitations of these temperature indicating technologies are analyzed,so as to inspire researchers to develop more advanced temperature indicating technology.
