摘要
目的:观察网状弹力袜套对足部亚急性湿疹患者治疗过程中敷料固定的效果,以及对足活动度及皮损愈合的影响。方法:选择2017年1月-2020年1月笔者医院收治的94例足部亚急性湿疹患者作为研究对象,使用随机数表法将所有患者分为观察组(47例)和对照组(47例)。观察组使用网状弹力袜套固定氧化锌敷剂进行治疗;对照组使用纱布和绷带固定氧化锌敷剂进行治疗。比较两组足部愈合效果、足部敷料固定效果、足部活动度情况、足部包敷的固定和拆卸时间及固定成本、足部包敷舒适度。结果:观察组包敷后足部愈合效果较好,总有效率(93.62%)明显高于对照组(74.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组包敷固定效果较好,总脱落率(2.13%)明显低于对照组(17.02%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组足部上抬、下压、外旋、内旋活动程度均有所下降(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组足部上抬、下压、外旋、内旋活动程度均比较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组包敷的外固定时间和拆卸时间均比较短,观察组的外固定成本较低(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组透气性好、松紧适中、活动不受限的患者比例均比较高(P<0.05)。结论:足部亚急性湿疹患者使用网状弹力袜套固定敷料进行治疗成本较低,固定和拆卸比较快捷,足部活动度和舒适度更高,并且具有更好的治疗效果,具有推广价值。
Objective To observe the effect of mesh elastic hosiery on dressing fixation, foot mobility and skin lesion healing in patients with subacute foot eczema. Methods 94 patients with subacute eczema of foot treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were randomly divided into observation group(47cases) and control group(47 cases).The observation group was treated with mesh elastic sock fixed zinc oxide dressing;the control group was treated with gauze and bandage fixed zinc oxide dressing.The healing effect of foot, the fixation effect of foot dressing, the range of motion of foot, the time and cost of fixation and disassembly, and the comfort of foot wrapping were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate(93.62%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.47%)(P<0.05).The observation group had better fixation effect, and the total shedding rate(2.13%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(17.02%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the activities of foot lifting, pressing down, external rotation and internal rotation of the two groups decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the activities of foot lifting, pressing, external rotation and internal rotation in the observation group were higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the external fixation time and disassembly time of the observation group were shorter, and the external fixation cost of the observation group was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group, the proportion of patients with good air permeability, moderate tightness and unrestricted movement in the observation group was higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with subacute foot eczema, the cost of treatment with the fixed dressing of the mesh elastic stockings is lower, the fixation and disassembly are faster, the foot mobility and comfort are higher, and the treatment effect is better, and it has promotion value.
