摘要
自身免疫性肝病病机糅杂,变化多端,临床较难甄别,疗效不够理想,根据其临床症状可归属中医黄疸、胁痛、积聚、臌胀等疾病范围。国医大师张磊重视人体先天之资,以"扶正祛邪"为纲贯穿该病诊疗终始,谨守肝病治疗宜"养肝之体,助肝之用",顾护正气,逐邪扶正,确立"清肝瘀、养肝阴、活肝血、助脾运"的治疗大法,研制出系列经验效方,为自身免疫性肝病的治疗提供了新的思路。
The pathogenesis of autoimmune liver disease is complex and varied, which is difficult to identify clinically and has unsatisfactory curative effect. According to its clinical manifestations, it can be classified as jaundice, hypochondriac pain,abdominal mass, meteorism and other diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). TCM Master ZHANG Lei attaches great importance to the innate resources of human body, takes ‘strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors’ as the key point throughout the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and adheres to the principle of ‘nourishing the body of liver,helping the use of liver’, protecting the vital qi, following the pathogenic factors, and establishing the treatment method of ‘clearing liver stasis, nourishing liver yin, invigorating liver blood and helping the spleen’, and develops a series of empirical and effective prescriptions, which provides a new diagnosis and treatment idea for autoimmune liver disease.
