摘要
目的探讨中药保留灌肠结合情志护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者的干预效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院收治的100例溃疡性结肠炎患者,并用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)、对照组(n=50)。2组患者均给予中药保留灌肠治疗,此基础上,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行情志护理。比较2组患者的心理状态、临床治疗效果和症状改善时间。结果与干预前相比,2组在干预后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)降低、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分也降低,且观察组的上述评分均更低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(74.00%,P<0.05);观察组的症状(腹痛、腹泻和黏液便等)改善时间均早于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论中药灌肠结合情志护理可以缓解溃疡性结肠炎患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,加快其病情恢复,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with emotional nursing on patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with ulcerative colitis who were admitted to Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,including 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.Both of the groups were given with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.Additionally,the control group was treated routine nursing,and the observation group was given emotional nursing.The psychological status,the therapeutic effect and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the two groups after intervention were decreased,and the above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(74.00%,P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms(abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus stool,etc.)in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with emotional nursing can relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with ulcerative colitis,speed up their recovery,and improve the therapeutic effect.
