摘要
目的:建立一种离子色谱方法同时测定复方电解质注射液中果糖、乳酸钠与抗氧剂亚硫酸氢钠的含量。方法:采用磺酸型聚苯乙烯苯乙烯二乙烯基苯共聚体阳离子交换树脂H型(Aminex HPX-87H)为色谱柱,流动相为0.005 mol·L^(-1)硫酸-乙腈(85∶15),柱温为40℃,检测波长200 nm,流速为0.6 mL·min^(-1),进样量为20μL。结果:果糖和乳酸钠浓度分别在1.60~2.39 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995)、0.24~0.36 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996)呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.28%(n=9)、99.75%(n=9),RSD分别为0.66%和0.69%;亚硫酸氢钠浓度在0.00025~0.075 mg·mL^(-1)范围内,其浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);定量限和检测限分别为0.25μg·mL^(-1)和0.10μg·mL^(-1);平均回收率为99.63%,RSD为1.20%(n=12)。结论:本方法准确可靠,重现性好,可快速、高效检测复方电解质注射液中果糖、乳酸钠与亚硫酸氢钠的含量。
Objective:To establish an ion chromatography(IC)method to simultaneously determine contents of fructose,sodium lactate and sodium bisulfite in compound electrolyte injections.Methods:The chromatographic column was Aminex HPX-87H.The mobile phase was 0.005 mol·L^(-1)sulfuric acid-acetonitrile(85∶15)at flow rate of 0.6 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature was 40℃,the injection volume was 20μL and the detection wavelength was 200 nm.Results:The concentrations of fructose and sodium lactate were linear in the ranges of 1.60-2.39 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995)and 0.24-0.36 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.28%(n=9)and 99.75%(n=9),respectively.The concentration of sodium bisulfite was linear in the range of 0.00025-0.075 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998).The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.10μg·mL^(-1)and the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.25μg·mL^(-1).The average recovery was 99.63%with RSD at 1.20%(n=12).Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,and can be used for the rapid and efficient determination of fructose,sodium lactate and sodium bisulfite in compound electrolyte injections.
