摘要
目的:比较碱性复红染色法与金胺-罗丹明染色法在结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测中的应用效果。方法:选择在重庆市公共卫生医疗救治中心接受结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测的2480例结核病患者作为研究对象。为这些患者分别进行碱性复红染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测和金胺-罗丹明染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测,然后比较其进行两种检测时的阳性检出率、检测结果的阳性分级情况、读片时间及用两种检测诊断其病情的灵敏度、特异度。结果:1)这些患者进行金胺-罗丹明染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测时的阳性检出率高于其进行碱性复红染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测时的阳性检出率,P<0.05。2)用金胺-罗丹明染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测诊断这些患者病情的特异度、灵敏度均高于用碱性复红染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测诊断其病情的特异度、灵敏度,P<0.05。3)这些患者进行金胺-罗丹明染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测与进行碱性复红染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测时检测结果的阳性分级相比,P<0.05。4)这些患者进行金胺-罗丹明染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测时的读片时间短于其进行碱性复红染色结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测时的读片时间,P<0.05。结论:与碱性复红染色法相比,金胺-罗丹明染色法在结核分枝杆菌痰涂片检测中的应用效果较好。
Objective:To compare the application effect of alkaline double red staining and auramine rhodamine staining in the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis sputum smear.Methods:a total of 2480 tuberculosis patients who received sputum smear test of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Chongqing Public Health medical treatment center were selected as subjects.Alkaline complex red staining for these patients were mycobacterium tuberculosis sputum smear tests and auramine-dye rhodamine mycobacterium tuberculosis sputum smear tests,then compare the two kinds of detection of positive detection rate,a positive test results of classification,reading time and use two kinds of testing the sensitivity of diagnosis of the disease,specific degrees.Results:1)The positive detection rate of m.tuberculosis sputum smear by auramine-Rhodamine in these patients was higher than that of m.tuberculosis sputum smear by alkaline double red staining,P<0.05.2)The specificity and sensitivity of m.tuberculosis sputum smear test with auramine-Rhodamine were higher than that of m.tuberculosis sputum smear test with alkaline double red staining,P<0.05.3)The positive grade of m.tuberculosis sputum smear test with auramine-Rhodamine was compared with that of m.t uberculosis sputum smear test with alkaline double red staining,P<0.05.4)The readi ng time of m.tuberculosis sputum smear test with auramine-Rhodamine in these patients was shorter than that of m.tuberculosis sputum smear test with alkaline double red staining,P<0.05.Conclusion:Auramine-rhodamine staining is more effective than alkaline double red staining in the detection of mycobacterium tuberculo sis sputum smear.
