阿司匹林和维生素对观赏植物的生理效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨阿司匹林(APC)和维生素溶液促进植物生长的最佳浓度和配比,选择不同浓度阿司匹林溶液和不同种类、浓度的维生素溶液对扦插材料进行浸泡处理,扦插20~25 d后,观察和记录扦插材料的萌芽率、芽的生长状况以及生根数量、长度。试验结果表明,适宜质量浓度的阿司匹林和维生素溶液对扦插材料的萌芽率和生根具有显著的促进作用,但是作用效果与两者种类和浓度均相关。VB_(12)和阿司匹林溶液对蔷薇萌芽率的影响最大,VC浓度为1000 mg/L时对紫背万年青生根的作用效果最好。阿司匹林、VB_(12)溶液浓度分别为42.8、0.004 mg/L时对扦插樱桃萌芽率的促进作用最大。 In order to explore the best concentration and ratio of aspirin and vitamin solution to promote plant growth,different concentrations of aspirin solution and different types and concentrations of vitamin solution were selected to soak the cutting materials.After cutting for 20~25 days,the germination rate,bud growth status,rooting quantity and length of cutting materials were observed and recorded.The results showed that aspirin and vitamin solution with appropriate mass concentration could significantly promote the germination rate and rooting of cutting materials,but the effect was related to their types and concentrations.VB_(12) and aspirin solution had the greatest effect on the germination rate of rose,and VC had the best effect on the rooting of Tradescantia spathacea at the concentration of 1000 mg/L.Aspirin and VB_(12) solution had the greatest promoting effect on the germination rate of cutting cherry at the concentration of 42.8 mg/L and 0.004 mg/L,respectively.
