摘要
以聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维为基体,通过水解-接枝-交联工艺接枝上聚乙烯亚胺分子(PEI)制备出氨基螯合纤维(PAN-PEI纤维),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子纤维镜对其形貌和结构进行了表征,并结合等温吸附模型和吸附动力学模型研究了其对铅离子(Pb^(2+))的吸附性能。结果表明:PAN-PEI纤维表面具有丰富的氨基基团,表面粗糙,分布少量沟壑;对Pb^(2+)的吸附符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附反应主要为单分子层化学吸附过程;在pH值为5,Pb^(2+)浓度为800 mg/L的条件下,氨基含量为8.3 mmol/g的PAN-PEI纤维的理论最大吸附量为420.9 mmol/g、半饱和吸附时间为7 min;用1 mol/L HNO_(3)溶液再生20次,再生率仍保持在99.6%。
An amine chelating fiber(PAN-PEI fiber)was prepared by grafting polyethyleneimine(PEI)onto polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fiber through hydrolysis-grafting-crosslinking process.The morphology and structure of PAN-PEI fiber was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,and its adsorption performance for lead ion(Pb^(2+))was studied according to isothermal adsorption model and adsorption kinetic model.The results showed that PAN-PEI fiber was rich in amino groups on the rough surface with a few grooves;the adsorption of Pb^(2+)conformed to the quasi second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,indicating that the adsorption reaction was mainly a monolayer chemical adsorption process;and the maximum theoretical adsorption capacity of PAN-PEI fiber with an amino content of 8.3 mmol/g was 420.9 mmol/g and the semi-saturated adsorption time was 7 min at a pH value of 5 and Pb^(2+)concentration of 800 mg/L;and the regeneration rate still maintained 99.6%after regenerating 20 times in 1 mol/L HNO_(3) solution.
