摘要
针对同时段三座变电站线路开关跳闸的问题,采用保护装置动作时序分析法。进行了相关保护装置报文、故障录波分析,结合现场勘查情况,认为造成三座变电站线路开关跳闸的原因为甲站A线负荷侧故障引起的故障电流两次冲击设备而导致绝缘降低、发生短路故障所致。并根据电力系统继电保护相关规程提出了电流互感器绕组配置及保护范围最大化、变电站不间断电源系统的整改建议,以确保设备安全可靠运行。
This paper adopts the time sequence analysis method of the protection device action to analyze the related protection device messages and fault recording for the problem of the tripping of the line switches of three substations at the same time.Combined with the on⁃site investigation,it is believed that the reason for the tripping of the line switches of the three substations is the load side fault of substation A.The fault current caused by the fault on the load side hits the equipment of substation A twice,resulting in the decrease of insulation and short-circuit fault.For this reason,according to the relevant regulations and documents of power system relay protection,the rectification suggestions such as current transformer winding configuration,maximization of protection and uninterruptible power supply system of substations are proposed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment.
