摘要
新疆边境贸易作为新疆对外贸易的重要组成部分,对新疆的经济发展和民生改善具有重要的现实意义。该文采用熵权—模糊综合评价法对新疆边境贸易转型升级水平进行测度研究,并运用2SLS和VAR模型分析了新疆边境贸易转型升级的影响因素。研究结果显示:2002—2019年新疆边境贸易转型升级水平以准集约和粗放交替发展的模式推进,对外开放水平、产业结构优化水平、技术进步水平对新疆边境贸易转型升级水平的影响系数分别为0.976、0.542和0.488,而配套产业对新疆边境贸易转型升级的作用未显著发挥,研究数据可为新疆实现经济高质量发展提供科学决策依据。
As an important part of Xinjiang's foreign trade,border trade is of great practical significance to Xinjiang's economic development and improvement of people's living standard.This paper uses the entropy weight-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure the level of Xinjiang border trade transformation and upgrading,and analyzes the influencing factors of Xinjiang border trade transformation and upgrading by using 2SLS and VAR model.It is found that the transformation and upgrading level of border trade in Xinjiang from 2002 to 2019 was promoted by the mode of quasi-intensive and extensive alternating development.The influence coefficients of opening to the outside world,industrial structure optimization and technological progress on Xinjiang border trade transformation and upgrading are 0.976,0.542 and 0.488 respectively.We also found that the supporting industries did not play a significant role in Xinjiang border trade transformation and upgrading.It is hoped that our research data can provide scientific decision-making basis for Xinjiang to achieve high-quality economic development.
