摘要 随着车载电控单元(ECU)的日益增多及其功能的日益复杂,对电控单元诊断测试的要求越来越高。为解决车载ECU的诊断测试,研究了基于控制器局域网络(CAN)的ECU自动诊断测试方法,并结合国际标准诊断规范和诊断测试系统的需求搭建了自动化诊断测试软件平台。该平台可以支持多种ECU在开发阶段的诊断测试,大大降低了ECU测试的复杂度,同时减少了工作量。 With the increasing number of on-board electronic control unit(ECU)and the increasing complexity of its functions,the requirements for diagnostic testing of ECU are becoming higher and higher.In order to solve the diagnostic test of on-board ECU,the automatic test method of ECU based on controller local area network(CAN)was studied,and the automatic diagnostic test software platform was built according to the requirements of international standard diagnostic specifications and diagnostic test system.The platform can support a variety of ECU diagnostic tests in the development phase,greatly reducing the complexity of ECU testing,while reducing the workload.
