摘要
目的探讨阻挡针技术对指骨伸肌腱止点损伤伴撕脱骨折患者手指功能及并发症的影响。方法择取2018年1月至2021年6月于南阳市骨科医院进行治疗的135例指骨伸肌腱止点损伤伴撕脱骨折的患者纳入研究,根据治疗方案的不同分为研究组(72例)与对照组(63例),对照组采用抽出钢丝固定治疗方案,研究组采用阻挡针技术治疗方案,分别在使用Dargan功能评定标准评价对比两组患者手指功能,分别在治疗前后使用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-100量表)评价患者生存质量,并统计对比两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗后Dargan功能评定优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前WHOQOL-100量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组WHOQOL-100量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阻挡针技术用于指骨伸肌腱止点损伤伴撕脱骨折患者可以改善治疗后的手指功能,提高患者生活质量,相较于传统抽出钢丝固定治疗方案可以降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of blocking needle technique on finger function and complications in patients with finger extensor tendon point injury combined with avulsion fracture.Methods A total of 135 patients with finger extensor tendon point injury combined with avulsion fracture treated in Nanyang Orthopedic Hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected and included in the study.According to the different treatment schemes,they were divided into the study group(72 cases)and the control group(63 cases).The control group was treated with extraction wire fixation,and the study group was treated with blocking needle technology.The finger functions of the two groups were evaluated and compared by Dargan function evaluation standard,the quality of life of patients was evaluated by WHO quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100 scale),and the complications of the two groups were statistically compared.Results After treatment,the good rate of Dargan function evaluation in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the WHOQOL-100 scale score before treatment before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the WHOQOL-100 scale score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of blocking needle technology in patients with extensor tendon injury of phalange combined with avulsion fracture can improve the finger function and the quality of life of patients after treatment.Compared with the traditional treatment scheme of wire extraction and fixation,it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
