摘要
目的通过对比简列数据,研究腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎的术后护理效果,并验证此项护理模式的有效性、安全性。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月期间在本院接收治疗的腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者,共计82例,按就诊先后顺序分为试验组和对照组(每组各41例),两组分别采取不同的护理方式:对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施循证护理,对比患者临床护理指标、护理满意度、护理前后SAS评分、SDS评分及VAS疼痛评分,将相关数据予以统计分析并做总结性报告。结果试验组患者的护理效果显优且具有一定实施价值。试验组患者临床护理指标、护理满意度、SAS评分、SDS评分及VAS疼痛评分均好于对照组,P<0.05。结论分析表明,腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎患者术后护理中,实施精细化、针对性强的循证护理,其效果确切,降低了患者护理差错,能有效改善临床症状表现,减少并发症,对于促进患者的康复有积极意义。另外,其护理效果较为理想且安全性较高,可在提升护理质量的同时提升患者护理质量与满意度,提倡推广,建议临床广泛应用。
Objective To study the postoperative nursing effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of appendicitis,and to verify the effectiveness and safety of this nursing model.Methods A total of 82 patients with laparoscopic appendicitis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into experimental group and control group(41 cases in each group)according to the order of treatment.The two groups adopted different nursing methods:the control group implemented routine nursing and the experimental group implemented evidence-based nursing.The clinical nursing indexes,nursing satisfaction,before and after nursing were compared SAS scores,SDS score and VAS pain score,make statistical analysis of relevant data and make a summary report.Results The nursing effect of patients in the experimental group was excellent and had certain implementation value.The clinical nursing indexes,nursing satisfaction,SAS score,SDS score and VAS pain score of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The analysis shows that in the postoperative nursing of patients with appendicitis treated by laparoscopic surgery,the implementation of fine and targeted evidence-based nursing has a definite effect,reduces the nursing errors of patients,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce complications,and is of positive significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients.In addition,the nursing effect is ideal and the safety is high.It can improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients while improving the nursing quality.It is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
