摘要
本文在对甲醛的产生、生物危害性和人体接触方式简单综述的基础上,从产品分布、方法采用、前处理方式和年代号4个方面对我国现行标准体系中关于甲醛的试验方法标准进行分析,并根据标准现状提出自己的理解和建议,旨在为食品和其他产品中甲醛限量及方法标准的研究和应用提供参考。
On the basis of a brief review of formaldehyde production,biological harm and human contact mode,this paper analyzes the method standards of formaldehyde in the current standard system from four aspects of product distribution,method adoption,pretreatment and chronological number,and to put forward their own understanding and suggestions according to the current situation of the standards,aiming to provide a reference for the research and application of formaldehyde limit and method standards in food and other products.
