摘要
目的研究玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗眼底病的临床疗效观察。方法回顾性分析泌阳尖峰眼科医院2020年6月至2021年4月期间收入的70例眼底病患者作为研究对象,均选择视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿患者进行研究,按随机法分为两组均35例,对照组采取常规治疗,研究组实施玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗,观察两组BCVA变化、CRT变化、MV情况,并分析研究组患者注射次数以及患者并发症。结果治疗前两组BCVA、CRT、MV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后所有时期BCVA高于对照组;研究组治疗后所有时期CRT低于对照组,研究组治疗后所有时期MV低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射康柏西普用于眼底疾病治疗效果显著,能够使得患者最佳视力好转,中央视网膜厚度减少,黄斑水肿的容积下降,且患者治疗后并发症明显减少。
Objective To study the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of compaxip in the treatment of fundus disease.Methods For the retrospective study of 70 patients with fundus disease from June 2020 to April 2021 treated in Biyang Jianfeng Eye Hospital,patients with branch retinal vein obstructive macular edema were all selected for the study,and patients were divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group according to the randomized method.The control group took conventional treatment,the study group administered intravitreal compaxip.BCVA,CRT and MV changes in the two groups were observed,and the number of injections and the complications of the patients in the study group were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in BCVA,CRT and MV between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The BCVA in the study group during all periods was significally higher than that in the control group after treatment;The CRT in the study group in all periods was significally lower than that in the control group after treatment;MV in the study group in all periods was significally lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of compaxip was effective in the treatment of fundi diseases,it can reduce the central retinal thickness,decrease the volume of macular edema,and reduce the complications after treatment.
