摘要
对江苏食品药品职业技术学院在校大学生进行了功能性食品认知调查。被调查学生大部分对功能性食品的认知层次较浅,了解途径以网络推广和电视广告为主,对具有增强免疫力、美容、减肥和延缓衰老的产品表现出更强的兴趣。
Functional food cognition survey was conducted among college students in Jiangsu Food and Drug Vocational and Technical College.Most of the investigated students have a relatively low level of cognition of functional food,and they mainly learn about it through Internet promotion and TV advertisements.They are more interested in products that can enhance immunity,enhance beauty,reduce weight and delay aging.
