摘要
目的探究铅中毒患儿驱铅治疗后外周血免疫球蛋白水平及细胞免疫功能的检测意义。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月江西省儿童医院收治的50例铅中毒患儿作为研究对象,比较其治疗前后外周血免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))和自然杀伤(NK)细胞CD16^(+)水平,比较不同预后患儿治疗前和治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM水平。结果治疗后患儿IgA、IgG及IgM水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后患儿的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD16^(+)水平高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治愈组与未治愈组的IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于治疗前,且治愈组治疗前和治疗后的IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于未治愈组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治愈组与未治愈组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD16^(+)水平均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,且治愈组治疗前和治疗后的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD16^(+)水平均高于未治愈组,CD8^(+)水平均低于未治愈组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铅中毒患儿外周血免疫球蛋白水平及细胞免疫功能具有检测意义,外周血免疫球蛋白水平和细胞免疫功能水平与患儿预后密切相关。
Objective To explore the significance of detecting peripheral blood immunoglobulin level and cellular immune function in children with lead poisoning after antiplumbism.Methods A total of 50 children with lead poisoning admitted in Jiangxi Children's Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects.The levels of peripheral blood immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),T-lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))and natural killer(NK)cells CD16^(+)were compared before and after treatment.The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in children with different prognosis were compared before and after treatment.Results The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD16^(+)after treatment were higher than those before treatment,while the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in cured group and non-cure group after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in cured group before and after treatment were higher than those in non-cure group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD16^(+)in cured group and non-cure group were higher than those before treatment,while the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD16^(+)in cured group before and after treatment were higher than those in the non-cure group,while the levels of CD8^(+)was lower than those in the non-cure group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral blood immunoglobulin level and cellular immune function in children with lead poisoning have detection significance,and peripheral blood immunoglobulin level and cellular immune function closely relate to the prognosis of children.
