摘要
中国高等教育药学专业教学中,目前还是以传统知识传授为主,重视理论知识的传授,而忽视了实验教学及学生实验素养的培养,亟需进行相应的教育改革。但相关部门并没有颁布相关的改革指导文件,这就导致药学教育改革缺乏系统性和专业性,特别是药学实验教学的重要性没有得到充分重视。目前中国医药行业的发展亟需具有良好素养的科技创新人才,而良好的药学实验素养是学生培养创新思维和创新能力的基础,高校教育者应该重视对学生实验素养的引导和培养。文章就提升学生实验素养主题,提出了在药学实验教学中培养学生安全意识、规范进行实验操作、践行环保原则、在实验中养成良好行为习惯、培养求真务实和实事求是的实验态度等教学建议,以及加强实验室管理的策略。
At present, the teaching of pharmacy specialty in college is still dominated by the teaching of traditional knowledge,which is paying attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge, while ignoring the experimental teaching and the cultivation of students’ experimental literacy. It is urgent to carry out corresponding educational reform, however, relevant departments have not issued relevant reform guidance documents, which leads to the lack of systematicness and professionalism of pharmaceutical education reform, especially the importance of pharmaceutical experimental teaching has not been paid enough attention. The current development of China’s pharmaceutical industry urgently needs scientif ic and technological innovation talents with good literacy, and good pharmaceutical experimental literacy is the basis for students to cultivate innovative thinking and innovative ability. College educators should pay attention to the guidance and cultivation of students’ experimental literacy. On the theme of improving students’ experimental literacy, this paper puts forward the suggestions of pharmaceutical experimental teaching,such as cultivating students’ safety awareness, standardizing experimental operation, practicing the principle of environmental protection, forming good behavior habits in the experiment, cultivating realistic, pragmatic and realistic experimental attitude, and strengthening the strategy of laboratory management.
