摘要
玻璃厂以重油作为燃料时,厂区需要设有油罐区。油罐区火灾危险性较大,一旦发生火灾很难控制,是重点消防对象。结合相关设计标准,对某玻璃厂3000 m^(3)油罐区进行消防系统设计,计算了泡沫液用量、泡沫消防用水量、消防冷却水量等参数,并对罐区厂区管网布置和灭火器材的配置等进行了说明,为相关设计提供参考。
When the heavy oil is used as the fuel in glass factory, a special space must be reserved as an oil tank area in the factory. The fire risk of oil tank area is greater, it is difficult to control the fire when the fire occurs. The oil tank area is the key place for fire control. Combined with the relevant design standards, the fire control system of 3000 m^(3) oil tank area in a glass plant is designed. The dosage of foam liquid, water consumption of foam for fire extinguishment, water quantity for fire cooling and other parameters are calculated. The layout of pipe network in the factory and configuration of fire extinguishing equipment in the oil tank area are illustrated to provide reference for related design.
