随着人们生活质量的显著提升,人们对食品安全问题越来越重视,食品中药物残留也成为人们关注的热点话题。本文重点围绕食品中磺胺类药物危害进行分析,并介绍食品中磺胺类药物检测方法,以供参考。
With the significant improvement of people’s quality of life,people pay more and more attention to food safety,and drug residues in food have become a hot topic.This paper focuses on the analysis of the harm of sulfonamides in food,and introduces the detection methods of sulfonamides in food for reference.
