摘要
本文基于建始县三调基础数据以及2019遥感影像,对建始县进行生态评价。依据评价结果,应用对比分析法研究县级生态修复分区的必要性。研究结果表明:第一,现存的生态修复分区实施路径应用在县级层面后,可能存在各修复区域之间的区分度不高、修复区命名不科学、工程难以统筹实施等问题,使得生态修复分区失去意义。第二,不再进行生态修复分区而直接落实上位规划定位,直接依据重要生态问题针对修复保护对象进行工程安排设计的实施路径更适用于县域内地理环境和生态问题较一致的地区。研究结论将为县级层面更好地落实生态修复规划工作提供思路。
The ecological evaluation of Jianshi County was carried out based on the basic data of the third survey in Jianshi County and remote sensing images in 2019.Based on the evaluation results,the necessity of ecological restoration zoning at county level was studied by comparative analysis.The results show that:First,when the existing implementation path of ecological restoration zoning is applied at the county lev⁃el,there may be some problems,such as low differentiation between restoration areas,unscientific naming of restoration areas,and difficulty in overall implementation of projects,which make ecological restora⁃tion zoning meaningless.Second,The implementation path of directly implementing upper planning positioning without ecological restoration zoning and directly arranging and designing restoration objects based on im⁃portant ecological problems is more suitable for the areas with relatively consistent geographical environ⁃ment and ecological problems within the county.The research results provide ideas for better implementation of ecological restoration planning at county level.
