分析心内科临床带教中临床路径式教学法的效果及对学生操作水平的影响 被引量:3

Analysis on the Effect of Clinical Path-based Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Cardiology Department and Its Influence on Students'Operation Level

摘要 目的分析临床路径式教学法在心内科临床带教中的应用效果及对学生操作水平的影响。方法将2019年6月—2020年6月于该院心内科实习的100名实习生作为研究对象,用随机抽签法将学生分为对照组(50名)和观察组(50名)。对照组接受传统教学方法,观察组接受临床路径式教学法。比较两组出科考核成绩、临床操作能力、教学效果评价及临床带教满意程度。结果观察组实习生理论知识、临床实践等考核成绩评分均高于对照组,且健康教育、病史询问、人文关怀、组织效能、病历书写及整体表现得分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组认为教学方法能提高自学能力、提高基本技能、规范实习带教、提高临床思维与临床能力、促进规范化护理的实习生人数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生对临床带教措施的满意程度94.00%较对照组80.00%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科临床带教中开展临床路径式教学法能显著提高学生的考核成绩与临床操作能力,使学生对教学效果的正向评价得到明显增高,显著提升学生的满意程度,值得参考借鉴。 Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical path teaching method in the clinical teaching of cardiology department and its influence on students'operation level.Methods 100 interns who practiced in the Cardiology Department of the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study objects.The students were divided into the control group(50 students)and the observation group(50 students)by random drawing.The control group received the traditional teaching method,and the observation group received the clinical path teaching method.The examination results,clinical operation ability,teaching effect evaluation and clinical teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of health education,medical history inquiry,humanistic care,organizational effectiveness,medical record writing and overall performance were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group believed that the teaching method can improve self-learning ability,improve basic skills,standardize practice teaching,improve clinical thinking and clinical ability,and promote standardized nursing were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the interns in the observation group to the clinical teaching measures was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path-based teaching method in the clinical teaching of cardiology can significantly improve the students'assessment performance and clinical operation ability,significantly increase the students'positive evaluation of the teaching effect,and significantly improve the students'satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
