摘要
为提高开关电源的可靠性,先对开关电源前端EMC电路的压敏电阻、高压电解电容进行不同参数的组合选型,然后对开关电源进行差模浪涌试验并监测试验时EMC电路关键节点的电压、电压波形,最后对数据进行整理分析,得到不同压敏电阻、高压电解电容相互匹配的最优组合,以及保险管、电源芯片、整流桥的最佳技术参数选型,为EMC电路的设计和器件选型提供参考。
In order to improve the reliability of SMPS(switching mode power supply),the varistor and highvoltage electrolytic capacitor of the EMC circuit at the front of SMPS are selected by combination of different parameters.Then,the voltage and voltage waveform of the key nodes of the EMC circuit are monitored during the differential mode surge test.Finally,the data are sorted and analyzed.The optimal combination of different varistors and high voltage electrolytic capacitors,the optimum technical parameter selection of fuse,power supply chip and rectifier bridge are obtained,which provides reference for EMC circuit design and device selection.
