涩北气田防漏堵漏技术研究及应用

摘要 涩北气田是第四系疏松砂岩气藏,地层岩性疏松、欠压实、成岩性差,地层压力系数低,纵向上呈现浅部高、深部低,随主力产层严重亏空,同一裸眼段内高低压共存,钻井过程中易出现井漏复杂,漏失率高并且堵漏难度大。通过优化井身结构、细化钻井液设计、建立防漏堵漏模板等技术措施,减少钻井过程中井漏复杂、提高固井质量,保障安全钻井,对低压气田钻探作业具有较强的借鉴与指导意义。 Sebei gas field is a Quaternary unconsolidated sandstone gas reservoir,and its formation lithology is unconsolidated,under compacted and poor diagenesis.The formation pressure coefficient is high in the shallow and low in the deep in the longitudinal direc⁃tion.With the serious deficit of the main production layer,high and low pressure coexist in the same open hole section,well leakage is easy to occur in the drilling process,the leakage rate is high and the plugging is difficult.By optimizing the well structure,refining the drilling fluid design,establishing leakage prevention and plugging template and other technical measures,the well leakage in the drill⁃ing process is reduced to improve the cementing quality and ensure safe drilling,which has strong reference and guiding significance for the drilling operation of low-pressure gas fields.
