摘要
目的研究个性化疼痛护理在女性肿瘤患者介入术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区介入科收治的62例女性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(31例)与观察组(31例)。对照组患者采用常规疼痛护理方法,观察组患者采用个性化疼痛护理方法。比较两组患者的心理情绪评分、护理质量评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果两组护理前的心理情绪评分、护理质量评分、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组的心理情绪评分、护理质量评分、VAS评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化疼痛护理在女性肿瘤患者介入术后疼痛中的应用效果显著优于常规疼痛护理方法,具有推广价值。
Objective To study the application effect of personalized pain nursing in the pain of female tumor patients after interventional surgery.Methods A total of 62 female tumor patients who were admitted to the Interventional Department of the West District of the First Aff iliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given conventional pain care method,and pat ients in the observation group were given individualized pain nursing method.The psychological and emotional scores,nursing quality score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the psychological and emotional scores,nursing quality score,and VAS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,psychological and emotional scores,nursing quality score,VAS score,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of personalized pain nursing in female tumor patients after interventional surgery is significantly better than the conventional pain nursing method,and has promotion value.
