摘要
目的探讨药房拆零药品的质量影响因素,观察质量风险管理用于药房拆零药品的管理效果。方法某院药房于2020年7月1日起开始对拆零药品实施质量问题评估与风险管理,回顾性调研风险管理实施前6个月(2020年1~6月)和风险管理实施后6个月(2020年7~12月)某院药房拆零药品的管理数据。分析总结拆零药品的质量影响因素,观察两种不同管理体制的管理效果,统计两组药品调配差错、药品破损、药品过期、药品失效情况。采用自制的药房工作满意度评价表,评价工作人员满意度。结果药房拆零药品管理质量因素概括分为人员因素、药品因素、环境与设备因素、管理因素四大类,针对上述问题制定并实施质量风险管理。管理后药房拆零药品调配差错(1.77±0.81)次/月,药品破损(1.98±0.64)次/月,药品破损(0.45±0.09)次/月,药品失效(0.86±0.12)次/月,均低于风险管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险管理后药房人员工作质量满意度(100.0%)也高于风险管理前(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药房拆零药品质量影响因素众多,以此为据开展质量风险管理,可以有效提高药房人员工作质量,提升拆零药品管理水平,预防和减少不良事件发生,提高工作满意度。
Objective To explore the factors affecting the quality of dismantled drugs in pharmacies,and observe the effect of quality risk management in the management of dismantled drugs in pharmacies.Methods The pharmacy of our hospital began to implement quality problem assessment and risk management for zero-dismantling drugs from July 1,2020,and retrospectively investigated the management data of dismantied in a hospital pharmacy.the first 6 months of risk management implementation(January to June 2020)and 6 months after the implementation of risk management(July to December 2020)The management data of zero drugs in our hospital’s.Analyze and summarize the factors affecting the quality of dismantled drugs,observe the management effects of two different management systems,and count the two groups of drug allocation errors,drug damage,drug expiration,and drug failure.A self-made pharmacy job satisfaction evaluation form was used to evaluate staff satisfaction.Results The quality factors of drug management in pharmacies are divided into four categories:personnel factors,drug factors,environmental and equipment factors,and management factors.Quality risk management is formulated and implemented in response to the above problems.After the management,the pharmacy dismantles zero medicines allocation errors(1.77±0.81)times/month,medicine breakage(1.98±0.64)times/month,medicine expiration(0.45±0.09)times/month,and medicine failure(0.86±0.12)times/month,both lower than before risk management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job quality satisfaction of pharmacy staff after risk management(100.0%)was also higher than that before risk management(75.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors influencing the quality of zero drugs in pharmacies.Using this as a basis for quality risk management can effectively improve the work quality of pharmacy personnel,improve the management of zero drugs,prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve job satisfaction.
