摘要
目的探讨围绝经期综合征患者采用中成药香芍颗粒治疗的临床效果及对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法396例围绝经期综合征患者,以随机抽签方式分为对照组和观察组,各198例。对照组患者采用坤泰胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用中成药香芍颗粒治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后症候评分、雌激素[促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率97.98%明显高于对照组的79.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者烦躁、疲劳、失眠、出汗、阴道干痛评分分别为(2.04±0.13)、(2.06±0.15)、(2.17±0.21)、(2.03±0.22)、(2.09±0.12)分均明显低于对照组的(4.18±0.15)、(4.21±0.14)、(4.55±0.22)、(4.20±0.23)、(4.45±0.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者FSH(40.15±2.69)IU/L明显低于对照组的(49.47±2.65)IU/L,E_(2)(59.81±2.03)pmol/L高于对照组的(49.03±2.01)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征通过中成药香芍颗粒治疗能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高雌激素水平,改善卵巢功能,安全性高,值得临床采用并推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Chinese patent medicine Xiangshao granules in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its influence on ovarian function of patients.Methods A total of 396 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 198 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Kuntai Capsules,and patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese patent medicine Xiangshao granules.The therapeutic effect,symptom score,estrogen[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.98%,which was significantly higher than 79.29% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of irritability,fatigue,insomnia,sweating,and vaginal dryness pain in the observation group were(2.04±0.13),(2.06±0.15),(2.17±0.21),(2.03±0.22),and(2.09±0.12)points,which were significantly lower than(4.18±0.15),(4.21±0.14),(4.55±0.22),(4.20±0.23),and(4.45±0.13)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FSH(40.15±2.69)IU/L in the observation group was significantly lower than(49.47±2.65)IU/L in the control group,and the E_(2)(59.81±2.03)pmol/L was higher than(49.03±2.01)pmol/L in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with perimenopausal syndrome by the Chinese patent medicine Xiangshao granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,increase estrogen level and improve ovarian function with high safety,which is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
