摘要
为提升乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)的产能,中石化某公司将现有的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)生产线改造为EVA生产线,发现当原料工质中含有醋酸乙烯(VA)时,设备的振动加剧,可能引发管道疲劳问题。通过超高压压缩机非侵入式管道脉动测试,验证了VA含量的增大会提升EVA生产设备的管道脉动。最后,基于管道应力的分析,从安全性角度,为LDPE生产设备改造为EVA生产设备提供了建议。
In order to improve the capacity of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA),a Sinopec company transformed the low-density polyethylene(LDPE)production line into EVA production line.It was found when the raw material contained vinyl acetate(VA),the vibration of equipment was intensified, which may cause pipeline fatigue.Through the non-invasive hyper compressor pipeline pulsation test, it was verified that the increased of VA contents could increase the pipeline pulsation of EVA production equipment.Finally, based on the analyzed of pipeline average stress, from the perspective of safety, it provided advice for LDPE production equipment transformation to EVA production equipment.
