摘要
在我国,食品标准化具有的意义非常重大,分析目前实际情况,我国食品标准化建设已相对完善,取得的成就不容忽视,在这一有利条件下,应进一步从原料管理、生产加工、食品添加剂使用以及质量检验等各相关环节展开,更加深入地开展食品标准化的建设与管理工作,为食品质量安全提供更加优质的保障。
Food standardization has a very important significance. According to the analysis of the current actual situation, China’s food standardization construction has been relatively perfect with achievements that cannot be ignored.Under such favorable conditions, we should further carry out the construction and management of food standardization in the aspects of raw material management, production and processing, use of food additives and quality inspection, so as to provide better guarantee for food quality and safety.
