摘要
目的:观察肾炎康复片联合复方α-酮酸对老年糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、蛋白尿及炎症反应的影响。方法:选取82例老年糖尿病肾病患者,按照入院日期奇偶数分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。2组均给予控制饮食、纠正水电解质紊乱、降血糖等常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予复方α-酮酸片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予肾炎康复片治疗。2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、24 h尿蛋白定量、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平。结果:治疗后,2组BUN、SCr、TNF-α、IL-6水平及24 h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组BUN、SCr、TNF-α、IL-6水平及24 h尿蛋白定量均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组Hb、血清白蛋白水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组Hb、血清白蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾炎康复片联合复方α-酮酸治疗老年糖尿病肾病,可抑制炎症反应,减少蛋白尿,保护肾功能。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with compoundα-ketonic acid on kidney function,proteinuria and inflammatory response in senile patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of82 cases of senile patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd and even number of admission date,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment including controlling the diet,correcting water and electrolyte disorder and reducing blood glucose;the control group was additionally treated with compound α-ketonic acid tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenyan Kangfu tablets based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.Before and after treatment,the levels of urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),24-hour urine protein excretion,hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of BUN,SCr,TNF-α and IL-6 as well as 24-hour urine protein excretion in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of BUN,SCr,TNF-α and IL-6 as well as24-hour urine protein excretion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Hb and serum albumin in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of Hb and serum albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with compound α-ketonic acid for senile diabetic nephropathy can inhibit inflammatory response,reduce proteinuria and protect kidney function.
