摘要
文章使用不同数值分析软件及数值模型对根顶部倒圆角进行数值分析,并与已有文献中的实验值对比,得出最准确研究静叶根顶部倒圆角对叶片特性影响的模型为FINE-Turbo中的k-ω模型。使用此模型进行分析,得出叶片根顶部倒圆角半径与喉宽比值为0.2时,叶片效率最高。
In this paper,different numerical analysis software and numerical models are used to analyze the fillets on the top of blade root,and compared with the experimental results in the existing literature,the most accurate model is the k-ωmodel of FINETurbo.And by using this model,it is concluded that as the ratio of the top and root fillet radius to the throat width ratio is 0.2,the efficiency of the blade is the highest.
