摘要
为研究锌离子强化二级磷浮法对原糖回溶糖浆的脱色效果,以质量分数为30%的原糖回溶糖浆为研究对象,以脱色率为指标,通过单因素实验分别考察了锌离子质量浓度、磷酸质量浓度、反应温度及pH等因素对脱色率的影响,并通过正交试验获得最优的工艺条件;同时,结合Zeta电位、红外吸收光谱、XRD等表征手段就相关机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明:在一级气浮磷酸、锌离子质量浓度分别控制到400 mg/L、200 mg/L、一级pH值9.0、温度50℃,二级气浮磷酸质量浓度控制到300 mg/L、pH值7.4、温度100℃的条件下,糖汁脱色率达到82.5%,锌离子强化二级磷浮法对原糖回溶糖浆脱色效果显著。
The decolorization effect of zinc ion-enhanced secondary phosphorus float method on redissolved syrup was studied.The redissolved syrup with a mass fraction of 30%was taken as the research object with the decolorization rate as an indicator.Firstly,the single factor test was conducted to investigate the effects of zinc ion dosage,phosphoric acid dosage,reaction temperature and pH on decolorization rate.Secondly,orthogonal test was carried out to obtain the optimal process conditions.Finally,related mechanism was discussed with Zeta potential,infrared absorption spectroscopy,XRD and other characterization methods.The test results show that the decolorization rate of sugar juice reaches 82.5%under the conditions that the dosage of primary air-floating phosphoric acid was 400 mg/L,the dosage of zinc ion 200 mg/L,the primary pH 9.0,the temperature 50℃,the dosage of secondary air-floating phosphoric acid 300 mg/L,the pH 7.4,the temperature 100℃.The zinc ion-enhanced secondary phosphorus float method has a significant effect on the decolorization of the redissolved syrup.
