摘要
农业工程学科人才培养模式、方案及人才培养质量评价都需要响应新农科背景下的要求。介绍了在新农科背景下安徽农业大学农业工程学科研究生培养方案的修订,开展了农业工程学科研究生培养质量评价指标体系的研究。基于提高理论课程学习能力、实践动手能力、创新能力3个方面的培养目标,考虑产学研合作导师参与研究生人才质量评价,应用层次分析法对人才培养质量指标划分3个准则层和10个方案层进行综合分析,进一步阐述人才培养质量关键要素间的相关关系,构建了基于新农科背景下突出产学研合作培养模式的农业工程学科研究生培养质量评价指标体系,为其他高校人才培养评价指标体系构建提供参考。
Talent training mode, program and quality evaluation of Agricultural Engineering need to respond to requirements of new agricultural science background.Revision of postgraduate training program of Agricultural Engineering in Anhui Agricultural University was introduced under background of new agricultural science.Research on evaluation index system of Agricultural Engineering postgraduate training quality was carried out.Based on training objectives of improving learning ability of theoretical courses, practical ability and innovation ability, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was applied to comprehensively analyze quality index of talent training.Three criteria levels and ten scheme levels of evaluation index were divided considering participation of industry university research cooperation tutors in quality evaluation of postgraduates.Relationship between key elements of talent training quality was further expounded.Quality evaluation index system of Agricultural Engineering postgraduate training was established based on cooperative training mode of industry university research under background of new agricultural science.This study could provide a reference for construction of talent training evaluation index system in other universities.
