摘要
目的探讨夫妻沟通技能培训在晚期胃癌患者及其配偶中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取在郑州市某三级甲等医院住院的晚期胃癌患者及其配偶为研究对象。采取抛硬币法分组,将其分为观察组(44对)和对照组(43对),对照组接受胃癌基础护理教育,观察组在此基础上接受夫妻沟通技能培训,通过情感表达、倾听、共同决策的技能培训和实践练习促进夫妻有效沟通。结果干预后,观察组癌症沟通问题量表和亲密关系量表得分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论夫妻沟通技能培训可有效改善晚期胃癌患者及其配偶疾病沟通能力和亲密关系。
Objective To explore the effect of couples communication skills training(CCST)in patients with advanced gastric cancer and their spouses.Methods Patients with advanced gastric cancer and their spouses in a tertiary A hospital in Zhengzhou were selected by the convience sampling method and were divided into an intervention group(n=44)and a control group(n=43)by coin-tossing.The control group received basic nursing education of gastric cancer,while the intervention group received CCST in addition to the routine education.CCST intervention promoted effective communication between couples through learning and practicing skills of emotional expression,listening,and joint decision-making.Results After the intervention,the score of cancer-related communication problems scale and relationship assessment scale in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions CCST intervention can effectively raise the disease communication ability and intimate relationship of advanced gastric cancer patients and their spouses.
