摘要
通过检索近10年来CNKI中以应用风池穴单穴或以风池穴为主联合其他穴位的临床应用文献,总结介绍风池穴近年来临床应用概况及其操作方法。风池穴作为针灸临床常用腧穴,在颈椎病、脑血管疾病、眼科疾病、颈源性疾病、高血压病、枕大神经痛、多发性抽动等疾病中应用广泛,操作也在常规针刺的基础上,形成了短刺、透穴刺法、温针灸、电针、速刺、穴位注射、手法点按等安全有效的方法。但目前风池穴临床应用的现代机制研究尚不完善,缺少客观的针-效评定标准,进针深度深浅不一,因此还需结合临床疗效以及现代医学科技手段进一步开展研究。该文将近年来风池穴的临床应用综述如下,为临床进一步安全有效的应用风池穴提供参考。
By searching the clinical application literature of Fengchi(GB20)single point or Fengchi(GB20)combined with other points in CNKI in recent 10 years,this paper summarizes and introduces the clinical application and operation methods of Fengchi(GB20)in recent years. As a common acupuncture point,Fengchi(GB20)is widely used in cervical spondylosis,cerebrovascular disease,ophthalmic disease,cervicogenic disease,hypertension,greater occipital neuralgia,multiple tic and other diseases. The operation method is also based on the conventional acupuncture operation,forming safe and effective operation methods,such as short needling,point through point needling,warm needling,electroacupuncture,quick needling,point injection,manipulation point pressing,etc. But at present,the modern mechanism of clinical application of Fengchi(GB20)is not perfect,there is no objective evaluation standard of acupuncture effect,and the depth of acupuncture is different. Therefore,further research should be carried out in combination with clinical efficacy and modern medical technology. This paper summarizes the clinical application of Fengchi(GB20)in recent years as follows,which provides a reference for the further safe and effective application of Fengchi(GB20).
