动态护理岗位管理在医院门诊采血处的实践研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨动态岗位管理在采血处护理管理中的应用效果。方法医院于2020年7月起对门诊抽血处实施动态护理岗位管理,包括编制岗位说明书及工作指南、建立标准化的动态人力测算机制、建立信息化动态岗位申请机制、制定抽血辅助岗管理方案、建立动态岗位申请奖励机制等,2020年4月—6月为动态管理实施前,2020年7月—9月为实施后,实施前后各随机选择140例患者和实施前后的140名护士为研究对象,比较分析实施前后患者满意度、患者采血等待时间及采血时间、护士工作满意度、医院效益等。结果实施后患者对静脉采血工作满意度、护士工作满意度均明显高于实施前(P<0.05);患者采血等待时间及采血时间应用前后比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医院人力资源成本降低。结论在类似本研究对象的三甲医院,护理人力资源在动态护理岗位管理中得以合理分配,节约了人力资源成本,缩短了患者治疗等待时间,有利于提升护理服务质量,改善护理工作高峰时段的工作强度,同时护士工作满意度处于高水平,缓解了护士工作压力。 Objective To explore the application effect of dynamic post management in the nursing management of blood collection department.Methods The hospital implemented dynamic nursing job management for the outpatient blood sampling department from July 2020,including the preparation of job descriptions and work guidelines,the establishment of a standardized dynamic manpower calculation mechanism,the establishment of an information-based dynamic job application mechanism,the development of a blood sampling assistance post management plan,and the establishment of dynamic job application reward mechanism,etc.April-June 2020 is before the implementation of dynamic management,and July-September 2020 is after the implementation.140 patients and 140 nurses before and after the implementation are randomly selected as the research objects.To compare and analyze patient satisfaction,patient waiting time and blood collection time,nurse job satisfaction,hospital benefits before and after implementation.Results After the implementation,the patients’satisfaction with venous blood collection and nurses’job satisfaction were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).The comparison of waiting time for blood collection and the time before and after blood collection were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cost of hospital human resources is reduced.Conclusion In Class-A hospitals similar to this research object,nursing human resources can be reasonably allocated in dynamic nursing job management,saving human resource costs,shortening patient waiting time for treatment,improving the quality of nursing service,and improving the work during peak nursing hours.At the same time,the nurse’s job satisfaction is at a high level,which relieves the nurse’s job pressure.
