摘要
在医院的能源结构中,天然气占比较大,将天然气锅炉日常运行中产生的大量高温烟气进行回收再利用至关重要。以北京某三甲医院为例,通过对烟气余热回收换热器的材料进行分析,发现ND钢是最佳选择。对换热方式分析发现,应优先选择间壁式换热器,并采用逆流换热方式。通过选择一台耗能量最高的锅炉加装烟气余热回收换热器,对高温烟气进行热量回收,将锅炉补水作为冷媒使用,分别通过理论计算和实际运行效果分析节能量。研究发现,加装烟气余热回收换热器可以节省天然气用量5%以上,为医院创造社会效益和经济效益。
In the energy structure of the hospital,natural gas accounts for a large proportion.It is very important to recycle and reuse a large amount of high-temperature flue gas produced in the daily operation of natural gas boilers.Taking a third class hospital in Beijing as an example,through the analysis of the materials of flue gas waste heat recovery heat exchanger,it is found that ND steel is the best choice.Through the analysis of heat exchange mode,it is found that the wall heat exchanger should be preferred and the countercurrent heat exchange mode should be adopted.By selecting a boiler with the highest energy consumption and installing a flue gas waste heat recovery heat exchanger to recover the heat of high-temperature flue gas,the boiler make-up water is used as refrigerant,and the energy saving is analyzed through theoretical calculation and actual operation effect.It is found that the installation of flue gas waste heat recovery heat exchanger can save more than 5%of natural gas consumption and create social and economic benefits for the hospital.
