船体空间板架结构非线性振动测试分析 被引量:1

摘要 空间板架结构是船体结构的重要组成部分,决定了船体结构的动力学特性。船体结构在航行过程中会经历设备非线性激振力和多设备激励的非线性时滞效应。为了验证船载设备能够引起空间板架结构的非线性振动,该文针对某型舰船柴油发电机组所在舱室进行振动测试实验,获取了不同空间板架结构位置的振动加速度时程信号,运用相空间重构技术建立了实测振动信号的状态空间,选取实测振动信号的关联维作为特征量计算差别显著度,通过代替数据法对实测振动信号进行非线性特性诊断和分析。结果显示,相空间维度增加至5维以上时,设备机脚、浮筏、基座面板、双层底内底、舱壁和舷侧均表现出了非线性振动特性。 Space plate structure is an important part of hull structure,which determines the dynamic characteristics of hull structure.The ship structure will experience the nonlinear excitation force of equipment and the time-lag effect of multi-equipment excitation during navigation.In order to verify the shipborne equipment can cause the nonlinear vibration of space plate structure,in this paper,the vibration test experiment is carried out in the cabin where a certain ship diesel generator set is located,and the signals of vibration acceleration time history at different space plate structure positions are obtained,and the state space of the measured vibration signal is established by using the phase space reconstruction technology,and the correlation dimension of the measured vibration signal is selected as the characteristic quantity to calculate the difference significance,and the surrogate data method is used to diagnose and analyze the nonlinear characteristics of the measured vibration signals.The results show that when the phase space dimension increases to more than 5,the equipment machine feet,floating rafts,base panels,double bottom tank top plating,bulkheads and sides appear obvious nonlinear vibration characteristics.
