钢-混组合梁UHPC桥面铺装施工技术研究

摘要 作为一种新型的结构型式,钢-混凝土组合梁兼具了钢结构和混凝土结构的优点,不仅减轻了结构的自重与截面尺寸,而且减少了钢材用量,增大结构刚度、稳定性和整体性。但是该结构由于上部混凝土桥面板受拉,下部钢梁受压,容易导致负弯矩区上部混凝土板开裂、钢主梁局部失稳、耐久性降低等问题。因此,国内相关人员研究采用具有超高抗压强度、超高韧性、超长耐久性等特点的超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,简称UHPC),代替传统普通混凝土,尝试控制负弯矩区混凝土面板所存在的问题。通过采用试验结合有限元分析的方式,理论研究结果表明UHPC可以提高负弯矩区桥面板抗拉能力、有效抑制桥面板开裂、显著提高抗裂性能与刚度、提高初裂应力等。为此,本文主要应用、研究并分析了UHPC在钢-混凝土组合梁桥面铺装施工技术要点及效果,为国内同行业者在钢-混组合梁桥面铺装领域推广应用UHPC提供参考与借鉴。 As a new type of structure,steel-concrete composite beam has the advantages of both steel structure and concrete structure.It not only reduces the dead weight and section size of the structure,but also reduces the amount of steel,and increases the stiffness,stability and integrity of the structure.However,due to the tension of the upper concrete bridge panel and the compression of the lower steel beam,it is easy to cause the cracking of the upper concrete plate in the negative bending moment area,the local instability of the steel main beam and the reduction of durability.Therefore,researchers have studied and adopted Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC),to instead the traditional ordinary concrete.UHPC has the characteristics of ultra-high compressive strength,ultra-high toughness and ultra-long durability.The usage of UHPC is an attempt to control the problems existing in concrete panels in negative bending moment zone.The theoretical research results have showed that UHPC can improve the tensile capacity of bridge panels in negative bending moment region,effectively suppress the cracking of bridge panels,significantly improve the anti-cracking performance and stiffness,and improve the initial cracking stress.This paper mainly applies and analyzes the technical points and effects of UHPC in the construction of steel-concrete composite beam bridge deck.While it provides reference for the promotion and application of UHPC bridge deck.
