摘要
船舶电机振动带来的噪声会引起船舶运转,影响人们的出行问题。针对这一问题,此次研究建立机电耦合模型并利用有限元仿真分析方法验证模型的正确性,通过径向电磁力、切向电磁力等数学模型建立电机振动的机电耦合模型。仿真结果表明,径向电磁力密度峰值1.25E+005 N/m^(2)为切向电磁力密度峰值26000 N/m^(2)的2倍以上。径向电磁力的频率低于1000 Hz时,相应的谐波幅值较大,而频率高于1000 Hz时,相应的谐波幅值变化较大。8极36槽20次谐波处的幅值为0.002 716 T,相对8极24槽电机和8级48槽的谐波幅值高很多。
The noise caused by the vibration of marine motor will cause the problems of ship operation and people's travel.Aiming at this problem,the electromechanical coupling model is established in this study,and the correctness of the model is verified by using the finite element simulation analysis method.The electromechanical coupling model of motor vibration is established through the mathematical models of radial electromagnetic force and tangential electromagnetic force.The simulation results show that the peak value of radial electromagnetic force density is 1.25e+005n/m^(2),which is more than twice of that of tangential electromagnetic force density 26000n/m^(2).When the frequency of radial electromagnetic force is lower than 1000Hz,the corresponding harmonic amplitude is larger,while when the frequency is higher than 1000Hz,the corresponding harmonic amplitude changes greatly.The 20^(th) harmonic amplitude of 8-pole 36slot motor is 0.002716t,which is much higher than that of 8-pole 24slot motor and 8-stage 48slot motor.
