摘要
随着我国城镇化、工业化的不断发展,房屋逐渐老化,而随之出现的建筑安全事故也越来越多,建筑物倒塌事故通常是因为各种人为或环境因素导致,造成了大量的人员伤亡及财产损失等。近年来,全国范围内爆发的有影响建筑物倒塌事故越来越多,且救援过程也较为复杂。本文以某市古城区的老旧房屋为例进行分析,浅谈一些基本对策。
With the continuous development of urbanization and industrialization in China,houses are aging gradually,and there are more and more construction safety accidents.Building collapse accidents are usually caused by various human or environmental factors,resulting in a large number of casualties and property losses.In recent years,there are more and more collapse accidents of influential buildings all over the country,and the rescue process is also more complex.Taking the old houses in the ancient city of a city as an example,this paper analyzes some basic countermeasures.
